1. For some people who might have mild generalized fever、sick、vomit、dizzy、sneeze and sniffle after the adurol injection, usually those effect would be resolved in short time.
2. For allergy person who might have serious effect, such as parcel papule、generalized rash、shiver、chest pain、difficult of breathing or any other symptoms.
3. For special habitus person who might happen rare throat hydrops、asthma、blood pressure decreased、heart and lung failure、shock and sudden death.（which incidence only 1/1,4000 to 1/10,0000）

4. There is a high incidence among those ever had atrioventricular block、asthma or any other unusual reaction caused of the adurol. For those must sign the permission after consult with the doctor.

1. Who ever have medium or strong allergy reaction;
2. Who have allergy habitus, also have serious allergy or asthma;
3. Cirrhosis and dys-lung function;
4. Diabetes(over 5 years);
5. Multiple myeloma、sickle cell anemia、polycythemia or adrenomedullary nephritic;
6. Dysfunction of kidney,uremia;

7. Older (over 72 years) or infant(under 3 years).

This is an ionic adurol with iodie, which is free and paid by the Bureau of National Health Insurance. If you decide to choose nonionic adurol which is self-expensed but more safe, please fill the permission at radiation department on the checkup day.（the expense NT$1,500 of computerized tomography; the expense NT$400 of pyelography）
