Neurosurgery.

This division was set up in 1976. Its offers patient care and training in aspects of neurological surgery.

This division provides
100 acute-bed service and approximately 1,500 operations annually.

The members in this division are :
13 faculty staffs, 2 chief residents and 6 residents.
Neurosurgery centers have been established in the following:
(a) acute: acute intracranial bleeding, open head injury, penetrate injury
(b) chronic: chronic intracranial bleeding
AVM, Aneurysm and hypertensive intracerebral bleeding
Every kind of benign, malignant brain minor, especially aspect of trans-sphenoidal surgery of pituitary tumor, and we quote endoscopic surgery from now.
(a) Trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm
(b) Stereotactic surgery of Brain
(c) Intractable cancer pain
(d) Parkinson's disease
(e) Epilepsy surgery
(f) Hyperhidrosis palmaris
