KMU’s Reputed Long-term Care System to Make Inroads into Malaysia

The Kaohsiung Medical University medical group has developed a reputed long-term care medical system. On February 21, 2019, KMU was invited to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to sign a memorandum of cooperation with the well-known local elderly care corporation Aged Care Group and property developer EcoWorld Development Group. KMU is to share Kaohsiung Municipal Ta-Tung Hospital’s successful experience of using idle space at an elementary school for a day care center, and a medical referral platform between Taiwan and Malaysia will also be established to attract more international medical tourists to Taiwan.
