一、組織沿革
本醫院為提升醫學中心服務、教學、研究之發展及需要，設置血脂生科研究中心核心實驗室。
二、宗旨與任務
為追求卓越成為高品質醫學中心，本室配合醫院長期總體發展目標，依目標管理之理念，設定本室之宗旨任務如下：
1.爭取院外研究經費。
2.核心技術支援開發 ： 開發新型檢驗技術 ， 建立各種研究平台 。
3.進行脂質體及脂蛋白對各器官影響之臨床醫學研究與治療對策之參考，並發表學術論文。
