職前教育包含職前訓練課程5天（護理部統籌規劃及執行內容包含以下幾大項：護理部服務理念與組織概況、人事法規及敘薪制度、醫院感染控制與防護措施、病人安全與工作安全等）。
BLS訓練。
臨床實務訓練3個月。
臨床實務訓練由各單位臨床輔導員指導新進人員，依實務訓練計畫表每月進行評值，護理長定期會談輔導人員工作適應，並記錄之。
