Our primary objectives focus on clinical epidemiology and pathogenesis investigation and research of major emerging and tropical infectious diseases, development of precise and rapid diagnostic techniques, vaccine development and clinical trials, environmental ecology and vector research, practical prevention, and control work, as well as the provision of tropical medicine education and training.

We are not alone in this journey. We closely collaborate, communicate, and establish partnerships with domestic and international academic research units and non-governmental civil organizations. Together, we become the cornerstone of community and governmental epidemic prevention efforts during outbreaks of threatening infectious diseases.
