品質改善工具或手法日趨多元，除原本的品管圈(QCC)之外，近年來醫策會也陸續導入團隊醫療資源管理(Team Resource Management, TRM)、根本原因分析(Root Cause Analysis, RCA)、失效模式與影響分析(Healthcare Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, HFMEA)，目的就是為了確保病人安全與保證民眾就醫的品質，2022-2023年本院同仁也將相關手法應用於院內品質改善活動中，各項改善如下:
