I. INTRODUCTION
Kaohsiung Medical University Chung Ho Memorial Hospital (KMUH), the largest of the four Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) affiliate hospitals, was established in 1979. To date, KMUH serves academic medical center that houses almost 1800 beds and had been providing medical trainees with integrated trainings over the last few decades. We have several most cutting-edge diagnostic and operating equipments among the world, and state-of-the-art training simulators, to provide services and teachings exclusive to KMUH. We had been responsible for generations of elite professionals, including 26 KMU alumni that received National Awards for Outstanding Contributions to Medical Services. The academic staffs of our global health program have also trained many medical experts and clinical professionals in developing countries around the world, including Solomon Islands, St. Lucia, Haiti, Guatemala and Gambia. We relentlessly seek to broaden our interaction with the globe, because we believe academic and cross-cultural learning can benefit greatly for both our trainees and foreign students that join us. Thus, we welcome all global-minded students to sign aboard KMUH's international student program with open arms, and we are confident that it will be a fruitful and memorable experience that can help each other grow.
