Note: According to the provisions of the Bureau of National Health Insurance, if the drug costs more than $100, the partial burden adds $20 per $100 range. The maximum amount of partial burden is $300.

Note 1: According to the provisions of the Bureau of National Health Insurance, the beneficiary shall stay insurance bed. If it is over, the part of difference shall be self-paid.
Note 2: Calculation of ward fee: start from the date of hospitalization to the date before discharged. No ward fee will be calculated on the day of discharged.
Note 3: If the cost is adjusted, it shall be prevailed the latest announcement of fees by the hospital.
