Department Profile:

Administration Center was established in 1996. It's main goal and role is to assist and integrate the hospital's operation and improvement. Currently, There are 4 departments under this Center and they are (1) Department of secretary, (2) Department of planning and management, (3) Department of performance management and (4) Department of medical quality control. 2 directors and 24 staffs are included in this Center now.
Each department has its unique roles and tasks. Department of secretary is main to assist and arrange the Superintendent/Vice Superintendent's schedules. Besides, it also manages the main meetings in this hospital and help to conduct main activities. Department of planning and management is responsible for projects' evaluation and planning, including hospital's annual developing planning. Department of performance management plays as a manager to control clinical units' performance and to assist their outcomes and improvements. Department of medical quality control is to monitor the main quality indicators and to advance several quality improvement methods in the hospital.
