為關懷青少年健康，提升親善照護與預防保健服務品質，促進青少年就醫之可近性、公平性、適切性、綜合性及有效性，衛生福利部從2020年起擬透過「青少年親善照護機構認證推動計畫」，提升我國青少年親善照護服務品質，使關心青少年健康福祉，重視青少年健康議題的醫院可以根據精簡且務實的認證基準，建置符合世界衛生組織全球標準的青少年親善服務機制。
